Egyptian industrial exports of products originating in Egypt into EU member countries shall be allowed free of customs duties or any other charges having equivalent effect immediately.
The contracting parties agree to conclude a Fixed Preference Agreement, aimed at increasing bilateral trade flows through granting effective access to their respective markets by means of mutual concessions .
All the industrial and agriculture products are exempted from all tariff and non-tariff measures as soon as the agreement entered into force in 2004
